At A&H Fusion, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to assist you.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, toiletries)

  • Undergarments and swimwear

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Digital downloads or software licenses

  • Gift cards

These exclusions are due to hygiene concerns, safety regulations, or the nature of the products. 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Await our response with return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to the provided address.

Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned item, we'll ship the replacement at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label. 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.
